How To Embrace The Uknown.
There is the adage that if you look at the past you feel depressed, to the future anxiety, yet stay in the moment you feel free.
When people focus too much on what their future might hold, anxiety appears because people feel the future is uncertain, and there is the fear of the unknown.
The fear of the unknown is rooted in you not trusting yourself that you can handle anything that the "future” might bring.
The thought that blocks you is your thought that you are scared of you!
Yes, you are scared of yourself! You are scared that you will not be able to deal with anything the future might bring.
Self-Trust is the answer to not being scared of yourself, as well as feeling safe within you. True safety and security is a constant from within you, which is what stability is, and what makes you feel secure. When you feel secure from within, it is incredibly empowering.
Stop grasping at what appears to be safe and secure outside of you, ‘outside’ of you is an illusion.
Here are three reframes to shift your attitude so you can embrace the unknown:
1) Develop Your Inner-Strength For Inner-Peace And Calm No Matter What Surrounds You In Your Life. Know that a fear is only a negative thought and every thought can be replaced with a new, and positive thought.
2) Hidden Blessings: The Universe (interchangeable with other words such as Source, God/Goddess etc.) does everything for you, not to you. Every situation is created to help you return to your true self, which is Love.
3) Let Go Of The Need To Know! Take it one moment at a time, this is where living in the Now is your tool…Make peace with the Present and then you will not fear the future, after all, the ‘future’ is a wonderful string of present moments!
Now get ready to receive joyful surprises!
