Total Inspiration Fast Tips
Do you ever feel uninspired? I’m an “inspirational author,” and yet sometimes I don’t feel the spark of inspiration right away, one of those moments happened today; I realized it as soon as I sat down to write this blog post.
At first I became concerned and a split-second of self-doubt popped in. Then I realized it was a gift because I could analyze these feelings for today’s post!
Thankfully, I started laughing at myself, and laughter always opens the gateway to inspiration. Laughter can wash away any negativity, self-doubt and concern. Trying to control a situation creates resistance, which kills creativity and blocks the free flow of inspiration.
The base of resistance is fear. When you don’t feel inspired it means you feel fear. Fear is only a thought, and a thought is simply a perception you have about yourself, someone else, a situation, or life in general.
Any fear you might conjure up is an illusion—smoke and mirrors—and you can break through by replacing that fear-based thought with a loving thought.
The secret is that inspiration never comes from outside of you. It only comes from within you.
So the next time you don’t feel “inspired” – whether it’s to call a friend to communicate something that you think might upset him or her, or you’re trying to write the first page of your first novel, or you have to go to dinner at a restaurant and dine alone, or you need to compose a difficult email to a client—whatever is scaring you and blocking the inspiration to do or create something that is in your highest good—look to one of these eleven fastest ways to tap into inspiration.
Each of my tips was “inspired” by the letters spelling out the actual word “Inspiration!”
I= Ignorance of the truth that “You Are Enough.”
N=Nothingness. When you live in the moment, in the “Now”—which can feel like “nothingness” yet it’s “ALL”— it is the most powerful point of creation, and where all inspiration resides and appears.
S=Silence. Need I say more?!
P=Pattern. Consistently the same fears repeat; if it’s a pattern you keep replaying, see the pattern and bust through it. You can dissolve those fears!
I= Intention. Hold the intention to allow for inspiration.
A=Attitude. Be present with your attitude of gratitude which is a direct channel to Source and inspiration which comes from this Higher Power.
T= Trust that inspiration will come:”IN-SPIRIT-ation”= inspiration is created from within you when you are tapped into the all-powerful life force of “Spirit” (also called “Source,” God/Goddess, whichever name you use for your Higher Power) and trust brings another T-word: Transformation.
I= Invincible. Don’t give over your personal power to your fear. You are invincible. You are a spiritual energy in a human form playing a beautiful life game here on earth school.
O=Obvious. Often the best route is the most obvious, and often, if not always, it’s right in front of us. We don’t always see it as we are in human form and tend to make things complicated. But it can be easy.
N=No One Like You. There is no one like you! Your output from your inspiration is uniquely yours. Celebrate that and always celebrate you!
