Don't Let Fear Decide Your Future! Three Trending Tips.
I don’t know who created the acronym for “Fear”= False Evidence Appearing Real, yet it is true.
Tragically, we even make important decisions in our life based on fear.
We actually let fear decide our future!
When I notice myself having a fear-based thought: “What if [fill in the blank] happens?!” I wash it away with a love-based thought, replacing the self-imposed bondage of fear with the freedom of love.
Here is how I do it:
1. From Panic To Peace Of Mind: Ask yourself “What Can I Do” to acquire peace of mind in the moment? The operative words are What Can I Do, because the key to freedom in these types of situations is embracing the fact that your environment is not responsible for creating your happiness; you are.
Self-love is about prioritizing what’s best for you. The greatest part about taking control of your happiness is that your environment delivers results based entirely on your attitude and energy. It literally follows your lead. Having peaceful thoughts immediately lowers your stress levels, which helps you think clearer and handle your situations more effectively.
2. Respond Not React: Feeling optimistic not fearful is something you must spearhead for yourself. In all situations, you have a choice, whether you respond or react to an event. How we respond to events in our life is what we can control, not necessarily the events themselves.
3. Change The Song In Your Head: Allow yourself to be happy not fearful!
The key to making such an adjustment is to consciously choose self-love—that means giving yourself permission to feel happy, understanding that feeling great is your birthright.
It’s important to remember that you are not obligated to feel bad just because your scenario looks bad.
Every feeling you have is based on a perception!
And since you own your perceptions, you can adjust them any time you like—using self-care to make the efforts necessary to transform your state of mind.
